License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial budgeting purposes.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the App

Intellectual Property

The App and all content are owned by us or our licensors
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
Your financial data belongs to you entirely - we have no access to it

Data Responsibility

All data in Envelope Lite is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We have no ability to recover data lost due to device failure, uninstallation, or any other cause.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ENVELOPE LITE IS A PERSONAL BUDGETING TOOL AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
