Service Description

digiVISA provides airport assistance services including:

• Priority immigration lane access
• Meet & greet at arrival/departure gates
• Luggage assistance
• Terminal navigation assistance
• VIP lounge access (selected packages)

Services are available at participating Vietnamese international airports.

Booking and Payment

• Services must be booked in advance
• Full payment is required to confirm booking
• Prices are displayed at time of booking and include applicable fees
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate flight and personal information
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Follow instructions from our service staff
• Comply with all airport and immigration regulations
• Carry valid travel documents

Service Limitations

• Wait times may vary based on factors outside our control
• We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed flights

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations 24+ hours before service: Full refund
• Cancellations 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 12 hours before service: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for actions of third parties, including airport authorities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
