  • All purchases are final and non-refundable (except as required by law or app store policies)
  • Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be traded or sold

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or hack the Game
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorised software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Harass or harm other players (if multiplayer features exist)

Intellectual Property

  • The Game and all content are owned by us or our licensors
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE GAMEPLAY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
